Virtual Healthcare Insurance Policy
1. Introduction

Welcome to Morgphealth Virtual Hospital. These Terms & Conditions outline the insurance policy applicable to insured individuals who have purchased Morgphealth insurance. By enrolling in our insurance plan, you agree to comply with all stated policies, regulations, and conditions outlined in this document.

Important: This insurance policy is exclusive to Morgphealth Virtual Hospital and cannot be transferred or used in any other hospital, medical facility, or third-party healthcare service provider.

2. Eligibility & Coverage

2.1 Insured Persons & Additional Named Insured Persons

  • Only the primary insured person or additional named insured individuals listed on the policy are permitted to use Morgphealth Hospital's facilities and the services of our certified doctors.
  • The insurance cannot be transferred to another individual under any circumstance.

2.2 Non-Insured Persons (Pay-As-You-Go Services)

  • Non-insured individuals can access services through our verified healthcare specialists across the globe via ad hoc pay-as-you-go services.
  • No prior insurance policy is required for pay-as-you-go services.
  • These services are subject to availability and must be paid for at the time of consultation.
3. Services Covered Under Morgphealth Insurance

  • 24/7 access to our virtual hospital specialists for telemedicine consultations
  • Prescription notes issued by our healthcare professionals

✗ Exclusions from Coverage

  • Laboratory and radiological investigations—additional charges apply if these services are required
  • Hospital admissions—if external hospitalization is necessary, the cost will be incurred separately
  • Medications—the cost of prescribed drugs must be covered by the insured
  • Transportation costs—any costs related to travel for medical purposes are not included
  • Internet or network charges—the insured is responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection for telemedicine services
4. Prescription Policy
  • Any prescription or investigation request issued by Morgphealth specialists is valid for 48 hours
  • If the insured fails to use the prescription within the specified period, a repeat charge of $2 per prescription note will apply for renewal
5. Consultation Services & Modes of Communication
  • Telemedicine consultations are available via Microsoft Teams video call or WhatsApp video call
  • The insured must ensure they have access to these platforms for consultations
  • The use of telemedicine consultations is subject to fair use policies
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

6.1 Cancellation of Insurance

  • You may cancel your insurance policy within 7 working days of purchase, provided that no consultations have been used during this period
  • After the 7-day window, cancellations are not permitted, and the policy will continue as originally scheduled

6.2 Refund Policy

  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@morgphealth.com from your registered email address
  • Refunds will be processed only upon the return of the original insurance certificate
  • Any consultations used will be deducted from the refund amount
  • Approved refunds will be transferred back to your payment card within 7-10 working days
7. Payment & Non-Cash Policy
  • Morgphealth does not issue cash payments to insured individuals
  • All benefits specified in the policy schedule are non-transferable and apply exclusively to Morgphealth Virtual Hospital
  • The insurance cannot be used at any other hospital, clinic, or healthcare facility
8. Student Discount Policy

🎓 Students are eligible for a 20% discount on insurance policies!

Important Conditions:

  • Proof of student status may be requested after purchase
  • If any discrepancies or false claims are detected, your insurance will be automatically canceled with no refund, and you will be permanently banned from purchasing future insurance policies from Morgphealth
  • Morgphealth reserves the right to register fraudulent claims against your details, which may affect your ability to obtain insurance from other providers
9. Fraud & Insurance Policy Violations

🚨 Zero-Tolerance Fraud Policy

  • Morgphealth has a zero-tolerance policy for fraud or deceptive claims
  • Your insurance policy will be canceled without prior notice if fraudulent activity is detected
  • No refunds will be issued in cases of fraud
  • Morgphealth reserves the right to report fraudulent claims to relevant authorities and third-party agencies, which may restrict your ability to obtain insurance in the future
10. Confidentiality & Security Policy
  • Insured persons must maintain the confidentiality of their insurance details, consultation records, and treatment information
  • Do not disclose your login credentials or policy details to any third party
  • Any unauthorized sharing of medical documents, consultation details, or insurance schedules is strictly prohibited
  • If an insured person is found to have tampered with, altered, or defaced any official document issued by Morgphealth, the insurance policy will be immediately terminated without refund
11. Termination of Insurance Policy

Morgphealth reserves the right to terminate an insurance policy immediately and without refund under the following circumstances:

  • Evidence of fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
  • Unauthorized modification or tampering of insurance documents
  • Violation of the confidentiality policy by sharing protected medical information
  • Using the policy in a manner not consistent with the stated terms and conditions
12. Legal Disclaimer
  • Morgphealth Virtual Hospital does not guarantee specific medical outcomes or treatment results
  • The insured must adhere to all medical guidelines and recommendations provided by Morgphealth healthcare specialists
  • Morgphealth reserves the right to modify or update these terms & conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through official channels, and continued use of the insurance policy signifies acceptance of the updated terms
